Venue and Event Liability 4 Aces Poker League facilitates the organization and tracking of poker league events that take place at third-party venues, including bars and similar establishments. We do not own, operate, manage, or control any physical venue where events are held. By participating in league events, you acknowledge and agree that: All venues are independently owned and operated by third parties We are not responsible for the condition, safety, or operation of any venue We are not responsible for the actions of venue staff, other participants, or third parties We are not responsible for any injuries, damages, losses, or incidents that occur at event locations Participation in any in-person event is at your own risk. You are responsible for: Complying with all applicable laws and venue rules Making your own decisions regarding attendance and personal safety 4 Aces Poker League disclaims all liability related to in-person events to the fullest extent permitted by law.
